We at JA were searching for a healthy breakfast or a tea time cake and we came across this lovely cake and decided to test it out. This is indeed a fragrant cake, with loads of peaches and combined well with almonds. I would say that this is a refreshing cake and to those who look for some version of fruity cake, this is definately for you.

We made two cakes for Isaac's 2nd birthday party and according to 'Mommy', he adore fishes and animals. The two lovely cakes are chocolate fudge cake, covered in luscious chocolate ganache. I am glad everyone loved the cake decorations and the cake itself!

Black and White Squares

These are marvellous black and white squares ( aka marble brownies )! It is absolutely rich in chocolate and marries well with the white toppings. Everyone loved it..so did I as I particularly loved the bitterness of the cocoa..and it goes very well with a nice cup of coffee too. This is a winner!

This season, we are exploring the french way of patissere. How lovely they put such care and details into making each magnificent patissere. This is our first attempt..the sable veinnois in green tea and chocolate. Instead of the usual vanilla sable, we explore on making green tea sable and the result is..'ooo la la'. It has such lovely taste of butter, green tea and the texture is delicate and light.

Green Tea Cupcakes

Made these little gems today after an absence for CNY break. They are so yummy.... packed with aromatic green tea and it's absolutely moist and soft inside. Highly recommended without any decorations.
