Sable Au The Vert Et Au The Chocolat

* Green Tea and Chocolate Sables*
This season, we are exploring the french way of patissere. How lovely they put such care and details into making each magnificent patissere. This is our first attempt..the sable veinnois in green tea and chocolate. Instead of the usual vanilla sable, we explore on making green tea sable and the result is..'ooo la la'. It has such lovely taste of butter, green tea and the texture is delicate and light.
