Eric's Doggie Trail Cupcakes

An order for a client with these liquour cupcakes coated with ganache. He love dogs and so, we decided to do a 'doggie trail theme' cupcake for him.

Apple In A Box...

This was for an order for a birthday cake from my friend to her mom and indeed...an Apple Cinnamon Cake is a good choice! A simple adornment of handmade cake topper is just ideal. In additional to the cake, the two decorated cupcakes are made for her nieces as well.

Rosemund's Hotdog Cake

Rosemund just adore dogs and I have decided to do a 'hotdog' theme cake for her. It's a 2 layer strawberry liqueur cake with ganache frosting and strawberry buttercream. It's so yummy and everyone liked it.*smile* The doggie is so cute and I can't resist but to post more pictures of it.

Streusel Coffee Cake

Loaded with pecans and cinnamon, combined with a buttery base, this cake is yums! ( It really is! ) It smelled so good when it's out from the oven and it taste heavenly, eaten while it's still warm. This is such a lovely cake and it's definately will be our favourite homebaked cake.

Homely Apple Cinnamon Cake

It has been a while since I made this cake and I absolutely love apple and cinnamon. It's simple yet it's so...so...I just can't describe it! The blending of the 2 main ingredients which mellows down to the cake is really fantastic. This cake is lovely by it's own, without the frills of any frosting. This is a perfect partner during tea time.
