We at JA were searching for a healthy breakfast or a tea time cake and we came across this lovely cake and decided to test it out. This is indeed a fragrant cake, with loads of peaches and combined well with almonds. We made two cakes for Isaac's 2nd birthday party and according to 'Mommy', he adore fishes and animals. The two lovely cakes are chocolate fudge cake, covered in luscious chocolate ganache. I am glad everyone loved the cake decorations and the cake itself!
